Get to Know Our Attorney
Michael P. Farley was born in Rockville Centre, NY in 1965. He graduated with his B.S. from Cornell University in 1988 and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1991. In 1994, Michael received his admission to practice law in the State of New York.

After completing law school, Michael starting working at All State Abstract Corp. in Huntington, NY. There, he was responsible for reviewing title abstracts, title closings, and title clearance issues.
With his career focused on real estate practice, Michael eventually joined the law firm of Clune, Hayes and LoPresti in Harrison, NY, where he was responsible for the representation of buyers, sellers, and lending institutions in all aspects of real estate transactions.
In September 2001, Michael opened his law firm in Fishkill, NY, where he continued to focus on all areas of real estate law. He regularly participates in continuing legal education programs throughout New York State.
In his spare time, Michael plays golf and has been a coach for the Hudson Valley Knights and the Millbrook Raiders Pop Warner Football Association since 2003. He lives in Poughkeepsie.
